Now, Mobile Backstage is looking for a server programmer to develop and maintain our core server.

• Developing and maintaining Mobile Backstage core server

• Dreams of doing something brilliant in your lifetime
• Strong J2EE server programming background
• Experience with Hibernate library
• Skills to understand and refactor existing code
• Ability to use/configure Linux server environment
• Understanding of requirements for a highly scalable Java+Hibernate+MySQL server
• Understanding of server optimization strategies, database sharding, caches etc.
• Experience with MySQL/SQL

• Bold attitude and a natural ability to work independently
• Experience with server cache systems
• Knowledge of Eclipse IDE
• PHP and HTML skills
